Green Chili Salsa

Portion: 8 servings
Ingredients:

2 cans plum tomatoes

1 clove garlic

1/2 bell pepper

3 green onions

4 oz can green chilies

1 tsp olive oil

1 Tbsp lime juice

handfull of cilantro

jalapeno peppers

1/8 C cold water

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Put bell pepper in food processor and chop until fine. Add remaining ingredients except for salt, pepper and water. Pulse food processor 2 or 3 times until you have a good salsa texture. add water, salt and pepper.

This salsa is much better after it sits in the refigerator a few hours or overnight.
