Breakfast Eggs

Ingredients:

6 eggs

2C milk

1Tsp. salt

1 tsp dry mustard

2 slices day old bread

1 LB breakfast sausage

1C grated cheddar cheese

 

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingrediants and beat with a fork. Place cubed bread in 9×12 dish. Cut sausage into bit size peices and fry. Drain. Add layer of sausage over the bread. Add egg mixture. Set in fridge overnight {10-12 hours}. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
