Ingredients:
! pound cake
2 3 oz packages red jello
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water with ice added to 2 cups
2 8 oz cream cheese
1 8 oz. tup coolwhip
1/4 cup sugar
extra blueberries and halfed stawberries for decoration
Directions:
Cut pound cake in slices to line a 13x 9 pan
Dissolve jello inboiling wate
add cold water with ice to jello mix. Place in frig until the consistency of egg whites
Add 2cups berries to jello and pour on cake. Place in frig until set(about 4 hours)
Mix cream cheese with sugar until well blended
Stir in cool whip
Spread cheese mixture on cake
Use extra berries to make stars(blueberries) and stripes (strawberries)
