2 tubes Pilsbury Buttermilk biscuits (7.5 oz.)
8 oz. diced ham
8 oz. shredded cheddar
Line the bottom of a 9×13 pan with buttermilk biscuits. In a medium bowl, crack eggs and add a splash of milk. Add diced ham and stir. Pour mixture over biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs become firm. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of eggs. Return pan to oven for about 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Do not let the cheese burn! Take the pan from the oven and enjoy.
