Easy, No Crust Quiche

Ingredients:

6-8 eggs, beaten well

1/2 c. cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)

1/2 c. grated cheese (any)

Any type of meat

Any type of veggie

 black pepper

italian seasoning or other choice of seasoning

can add dash of nutmeg, or hot sauce

 

Directions:

This quiche is simple and easy and can be anything you choose it to be. Keep the mixture of cheeses and eggs the same and then add additions you choose.

Sprinkle addins on the bottom of pan. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, seasonings. Pour over add ins. Bake in 350 oven for 40-50 min or until well set when knife is inserted into middle.
