Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Portion: 1 serving
Pumpkin Seeds as Desired
Vegetable oil
a pinch of salt
1) Wash the seeds to remove all the pulp. Spread the seeds out on paper towels so they can dry.
2) When the seeds are dry preheat oven to 250.
3) Put the seeds in a bowl and coat with vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
4) Spread the seeds on a cookie sheet, leaving room so they don't overlap.
5) Bake for 45 minutes or until seeds are lightly brown.
6) Turn seeds over and bake for 45 minutes.
