Creamy Red Potatoes (Slow Cooker Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 lb small red potatos ~ quartered

1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese ~ soften

1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of potato soup

1 envelope dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

 

Directions:

Place potatoes in slow cooker.  Beat together rest of ingredients and stir into potatoes.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are done.

Serves 6-8
