Overnight Salad

Difficutly: very easy
Time: 15 Min
Portion: 8 servings
Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, not wet, cut up

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 pound bacon fried and crumbled

1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces

1/4 cup sugar

2 cups mayonnaise

1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese

 

Directions:

PREPARE NIGHT BEFORE!

In large salad bowl, put lettuce in first.

Next, onion, then bacon, and cauliflower last.

On top, sprinkle rest of the ingredients.

Put mayonnaise on in spoonfuls.

Cover tightly and refrigerate.

Stir before serving.
