Egg Sausage Cassarole

Portion: 1 serving

10 eggs

1 cup milk

2 pounds bulk sausage

1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

2 packages grated cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups)

mix eggs, milk, sausage, cracker crumbs and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Don't beat egg and milk too long. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
