Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients:

Yellow cake mix and ingredients needed to make according to box directions

4 c. rhubarb

1 c. sugar

1 pint heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Make yellow cake according to package directions. Pour in bottom of pan. Add rhubarb, sprinkle with sugar. Add whipping cream and  bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until top is dark. Store in refrigerator.
