Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

3/4 pound pork tenderloin

3/4 pound pork tenderloin, two of them obviously

3/4 teaspoon sage, rubbed

1 teaspoon Brummel and Brown Spread With Yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 3/4 teaspoons dijon mustard


Directions:

1. Rub pork with sage. In a large non stick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown pork in Brummel and Brown. Place in a foil lined roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, ate 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the syrup, vinegar and mustard until smooth. Pour into the same skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

3. Brush pork with 1 tablespoon glaze; bake for 5 minutes. Brush with another tablespoon of glaze; bake for 3-5 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Brush with remaining glaze. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
