1/2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast, cooked and cubed
1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 large apple, cored and diced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper
1. Combine the turkey, mayonnaise and vinegar.
2. Mix in the rest and pile on wheat bread or in a pita.
