Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup diced cucumber
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped red onion (optional)
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pile on a roll or bun.
