Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes wedged
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in bowl and cover with water. Let stand 15 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 425. Spray baking sheet with Pam.

3. Drain potatoes and dry.

4. Put in a large bowl with oil, pepper and salt. Toss gently.

5. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake for 20 more minutes.
