1 3/4 pounds spinach, well washed
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 bananas, cut into chunks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1. Prepare dressing by combining in a blender the sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, worcestershire, paprika and oil. Slowly add vinegar until dressing is moderately thick.
2. Arrange fruits over spinach on individual salad plates and pour dressing on top or toss with dressing in a large salad bowl.
Strawberries and walnuts are a great addition.
