Crunchy Corn Dip

Portion: 10 servings
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
2 packages ranch dressing mix
2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans chopped ripe olives
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill one to two hours.

2. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
