3 pounds chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Place chicken in a 9×13 pan.
2. Stir together the rest of the ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over wings. Marinate for 8 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
3. Drain marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
4. Bake wings at 350 for 30-40 minutes, basting frequently with marinade. Serve warm.
